You do realize that if this were true, then Poch would have won the league and cup competitions in every season he ever managed. Secondly, this is just a funny attempt at proof of top value you are preaching.

No one is saying Poch is a bad manager but it looks like you are pushing this really hard.

You are very correct. Beginning of the season, Benzema lost his mojo and was playing badly missing chances but the team kept going. Courtoius might be arguable but not Benzema this season. There are close to 5 madrid players that will be named more important this season before Benzema. Again you are correct on Vinicius, Ancellotti has built the team around around vinicius ability to create and run around defenders that is why he is among the players that have played the most minutes in the madrid team. No genuine real madrid fan this season will rate Benzema above Vinicius.

Better than those ones but still in the same boat. Add Pochettino as well. Managers that are good at getting average/good clubs to over perform but can't do the same at the big clubs. We have seen Emery fail at the only two top clubs he has managed Psg and Arsenal. He is someone who can't control big names. His level is at semi descent clubs like Sevilla, Valencia etc.

I believe he was sha. He lost the dressing room plus our football play was so so bad that the only option was to sack him.

Not saying Arteta is better than him but I think he wasn't able to exert control at arsenal the way he would love and that contributed to his downfall.

Plus, his language communication wasn't effective. Most players complained they couldn't understand his English intonation thus couldn't translate his philosophy onto the pitch effectively.

I won't brand him a flop at arsenal tho and I really appreciate the work he did for us during his time here.
