Bayelsa is a political region like South South or Nigeria.

But in 15th century Ijaw didn't exist in Delta, Edo, Rivers

They were only found in small population around River Niger's Delta in Bayelsa and close to Delta State

For the record, there is no Ijaw community in Warri South local government. The local government is indigenous to the Urhobo’s and Itsekiri’s.
