the owner of the club should be sacked. this was never a job for lampard in the first place, he is just there as a care taker and he will leave (not sacked) when Chelsea gets a new coach.

You are only looking at the results. Has there been new energy since Lampard arrived? Chelsea sudden problem is too many wrong buys, unfortunately all the 7-8 new players they bought are not useful
