Saying "I won" is different from saying the certificate of return ur opponent has is a "dud cheque ".
"It is different from saying, they won the election through iIIegal means" this is not u saying u won, it is u abûsîng the opponent because u Ióst.

Perhaps you don't know the meaning of a dud cheque.
It is a cheque that will not be honoured by the bank because it has no value.
Datti Yusuf likened the socalled certificate of return issued to Tinubu by INEC as a dud cheque because he most probably has ample evidence that Tinubu did not win the presidential election that the real winner which he believes is Obi will eventually be sworn in as the dully elected president.

You can continue with your propaganda if that makes you happy.
If Tinubu's supporters can continue to lay claim hat he won the election and call the petitioners losers based on discredited INEC results even when the case is in court, Obi's supporters can equally continue to lay claim that he won even though the case is in court.
If INEC can be wrong concerning Rivers state results, then it can be wrong in many other places.
