Labour Party's presidential candidate, Peter Obi has stressed the need for Nigerians to unite for peace and development of the nation, IGBERETV reports.

Peter Obi stated this following an event he attended in Enugu. He shared photos from the event on Twitter with the caption;

"Yesterday in Enugu, I was delighted to be at an event organised by Nzuko Umunna for the Installation of their new leadership led by Prof Ositadimma Chinedu Nebo, Former Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, as well as the Launching of their book titled 'Nzuko Umunna Chronicles'.

The event, attended by eminent leaders from all nationalities, was aimed at building bridges, fostering peace, encouraging development, and promoting mutual understanding among the ethnic nationalities in the country. I seized the opportunity to remind everyone that leadership is a trust for service to society.

For us in Nigeria, we must not bequeath anarchy to the next generation. The challenges we face as a people are not specific to a particular region. We must, therefore, unite as one to build a nation that everyone will be proud of. -PO"

For us in Nigeria, we must not bequeath anarchy to the next generation.

STRONG words on marble.

Our eminent lordships/ judges have a delicate case on their hands. They must ensure that they make their decisions in the utmost fear of God, for the good of Nigeria, Nigerians, generations to come and for the good of themselves and their generations. Because whatever decisions they make will either bless or curse their generations.

For the people destroying Nigerian democracy and calling it politics, any nation that politics makes people rich can never develop even in the next 50 years and that’s why small countries like Benin, Ghana, Kenya have all overtaken the sleeping giant of Africa .Unlike Nigeria, Developed countries have something in common…they all believe in credible elections. Peter Obi remains my president elect

Swearing in a president-elect who emerged through a computer glitch and through a most fraudulent presidential election ever in Nigeria, is like bequeath anarchy to one's country by an outgoing president.

Peter Obi has never been desperate to be president, he's desperate to see your poor mother having a good life.
I reserved this space for your likes....
Because you were born miserable doesn't mean the rest of us are as pathetic and wretched as your shambolic family....
No one is responsible for your poverty... Don't drag anyone into your misery while you whine and cry alone in your muddy tent....
