Oh God please stop arguing. Marwa did not retire after handing over. He was retired by Obasanjo in 1999 when obasanjo retired all politically exposed military administrators. Marwa was one of them. Why would a 46yr old marwa who just got a promotion in the army retire from the army in 1999?
