Man is all about his environment. The environment makes him and he makes his environment.

The simple reason why the east is not as developed as it should be is that the men and women of influence are largely not domiciled or resident there.

Change that factor and the place will be what it should be. People of influence are the pathways the ordinary citizens reached government for performance.

If these people demand for specific services to be made available it is bound to be done. But it appears these states are left to the whims of politicians who see those on ground as lacking the capacity to challenge them in such a consolidated manner that changes anything.
