There’s the Universal Basic Education Board (UBEB) which is a Federal Parastatal in charge of welfare of Primary Schools across the country. What stopped Lai Mohammed from lobbying such parastatal to look into the welfare of the Primary School in his village?

Seems your side is very much different ooo. My community age grades has different classroom blocks in my community. They build road, health care centers and the rest. The richest is one Ahuamara or something like that. They have produced Justice, Ambassador, professors there are morethan 3. Like when they shout. Even NDDC and state govt listens to my community within 2 seconds.... What I'm trying to say is that individuals builds structures for govt In my place. And Yes, Lai can do that for his people.

As a Minister, Lai has the influence to attract virtually anything to his constituency. But he wouldn’t do it because he would devote his time defending Fulani Herdsmen and accusing Obi of treason that he didn’t commit.

Renovation of schools is a very small thing
It won't cost him anything to even ask a small contractor under his ministry to do.
But he doesn't care about them.
He is only interested in lies and propaganda.

That school is something that if he sacrifices his one month salary, it can go a long way in putting it back to shape.

But I didn’t even want to suggest that he should do it with his own money. I only talked about the influence he has and the fact that he can press one or two buttons and get that school fixed without even touching his own money.

Have you heard of government-private partnership. In fact, the secondary school in my community was 100% built by the community and then handed over to the government. Is it a misnomer for an individual to build and equip library or class-room block(s) for a government institution?
