The Platform organized by Pastor Poju every first of May, gave PO the national acceptability. Even some igbos did not like him that much because he doesn't spend any how. It was from the platform that we got to know that you can be in government and not enrich yourself, which PO exemplified. This appeal was what Atiku leveraged in choosing him as VP candidate in 2019. Atiku's undoing was not supporting GEJ in 2015. 2019 would have been Atiku's year if he supported GEJ in 2015. Obi is never a betrayal, rather Atiku used Obi's image in 2019, to clean his own name. There is no one that doesn't believe Atiku is one very corrupt government official, even OBJ says so in his book. How can Atiku want to rule as a fulani man after Buhari? How does that make sense for fragile Nigeria unity? Truth be told 2023 should have been the turn of the igbos. For fairness and inclusion no other tribe or geo-political zone in the south should have contested with the igbos. People calling PO betrayal are not making sense

what a foolish analysis ... why did Atiku not win the previous contest with the APC. the truth remains that Obi's inquest into the presidential race was the only reason the ruling party had to show any "interest" in the election. It would have been business as usual. though I know this is just political hogwash news.

Keep quite, the blame is not on OBI, the blame is on the PDP for failing to produce a southern presidential candidate. I supported Obi, but I am glad Tinubu won because I prefer a dead Tinubu than an alive Atiku who is another northerner.

Atiku is not a good politician then.. How does he expect the presidency to go back to the north? Politics is all about interest for politicians and so if you loose, you try again just like he has been doing since 1993. All these old politicians that don't want to leave the stage for more vibrant candidates. Obi is a better candidate if not our tribalistic, rigging approach to elections.
However let's see how jagaban will disappoint his haters.

In 2019 yes but in 2023 No.

Before PDP primaries,atiku already settled for okowa.
And okowa had to use delta state fund and more he used delta state to borrow from banks for the election as a support.

No one knows tomorrow so u really do not have to say a certain ppl will not be in power for so so so years .
