That was a mistake. Seman Estate Enugu has similar structures. Seman is one of the most successful estate developers in Abuja, he recently started massive Estate in Enugu, his homestate. Also there is another Estate at Nkwelle Ezunaka near Onitsha in Anambra with similar buildings
