The last time that FG obeyed the court order and released him, all Nigerians knew how it ended.
He grew more wings, became uncontrollable, flouted all his bail conditions and eventually escaped to UK, a safe haven for him. He started giving instructions to his foot soldiers to kill anyone in military, police and para military uniform while the UK govt turned a blind eye. His greed and craving for flamboyant lifestyle led him straight into the hand of FG and back into his cage.
No govt will repeat that mistake again!
