if you login back to your dashboard, it must show exam taken. Not start test. Before you can say you've successful submitted

0nce u use the old link to log in, you won't be able to log in with new link, and the new link is the only solution to get a successful submission of test.

that new link is rubbish. It Doesn't leads to anywhere. If you enter wrong thing on that application ID login page, it would still tell you that dashboard not enabled, check back later. Instead of it to say, wrong application ID login or invalid login. That's to tell you that it's not functioning

there are people that use that link today and got successful submission, intact most people that were able to log in with that link were successful.
