How does this change the fact that pandora Obituary has nothing to do with Aso Rock in the next 20 centuries?

I'm pretty sure if Nigeria is to adopt zonal government, pandora Obituary is the least to be considered as head of SE. He was the governor of Anambra state for 8 solid years, tell us one single spectacular achievement of the incompetent religious crook in those 8 years.

Wonder how the same man Anambrarians were patiently waiting for the day he got his sorry arss out of state govt house suddenly become a saviour because the Nigeria, not SE, is involved.
