Good morning All, please I need to know the causes and permanent cure to my illness.

My lips get swollen every now and then, at times the swollen comes out from my upper face and lasted for 1-2 days before it goes down.

It's getting severe, virtually every week but painless.

Could be anything from an allergic reaction to something you consume to a sting from an insect…

Try to recall your diet 24 hours before it appears. That might give you a pointer to the cause.
I know yam causes this in some people but there are also other things that can cause it.
Also if you live in an area where there are bees, wasps or insects that sting try to avoid them as much as possible.
For treatment you can get otc anti-inflammatory drugs to help with the reaction.

Try and visit pharmacy to lodge your predicament to the pharmacist in charge maybe it might be an infection or a reaction of something. Don't do self medication because you might also need to run some test.
