The JUSTICES WADE INTO THE MATTER

The justices arrived to commence the day’s proceedings and also refused to acknowledge the representation of the party aside the presidential candidate of the party, Peter Obi, who is present in court.

The Tribunal refused to take an appearance for the LP, as acting National Chairman of the party, Lamidi Apapa, as well as the National Women’s Leader of the party, Dudu Manugu, tried to make an appearance for Labour Party when the petition was called.

Justice Haruna Tsamani noted that if two persons are making an appearance for the party, they will not be put on record.

What Obi achieved with LP in 8 months, Tinubu couldn't achieve it with the evil party APC in more than 8 years.

The Apapa faction doesn't need all this, they should wait till the court's struck out the case and later battle with Obi and Abure on legal battle

Comot there. Obi did not bring the party to line light. Adams Oshiomole became the Governor of Edo State under Labour Party some years ago. Olusegun Mimiko became the Governor of Ondo State under Labour Party.

Peter Obi andd his goons who just joined LP less than eight months ago cannot usurp the position of Lamidi Apapa as the party's chairman.
