What is an award? Kwali, wood, metal or glass that is made into an image to recognize & applaud a person's achievements. 'which', can also be paid for. Any award has it's price & can be bought. I believe this award was paid for. Because, there are far more deserving governor's.

Governor of the year indeed. To me the only governor in Nigeria that deserves accolades is that Akwa Ibom governor even though I don't know his name. That man is a silent achiever who doesn't chase social media clout like most Nigerian useless governors and politicians. If nobody will give him credit, i will do it and i'm not from akwa-ibom for your information. That state has the best roads in the whole if Nigeria argue with your keyboards.
