The Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) is arguably the biggest award show in Africa. At every season, it comes with dazzles, glamours and unforgettable memories for three days.

The 9th edition of Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards(AMVCA), kickstarted with cultural day celebrations on Thursday, May 18.

The event formally kicked off the series of activities preceding the award night which is scheduled to hold on Saturday, May 20th, 2023.

As expected, Nollywood stars and BBNaija’s stars brought their fashion A-games to the event.

Repping different cultural groups, the likes of Mercy Aigbe, Juliet Ibrahim, Venita Akpofure, Prince Enwerem, Liquorose, and more strutted the red carpet like royalties.

Venita’s Akpofure’s dress was an absolute delight, featuring a harmonious blend of peach and gold that exuded elegance.

While we couldn’t help but ponder the possibility of beads adorning her hair, it’s worth noting that the Urhobo culture holds a special affinity for the gele, and Venita effortlessly pulled off the look with grace.

Her impeccable sense of style earned her the well-deserved title of “Best Dressed” at the event.

Photos and videos from the Opening night are fast making rounds on the internet and have left many of their fans gushing.
