Nothing will ever surprise me in this government anymore. This government likes taking glory for nothing. They should just leave it as Second Niger Bridge ooo. Ordinary bridge that should have been completed by now...

Who did they consult before making such decisions?

They don't have such powers and if they try it, it won't work.

Second Niger bridge neither belongs to nor was built by the south east governors. South east is not a corporate entity in the constitution. If the daura bound failure is obsessed with naming institutions in southeast after himself, he should own up and do it formally.

It’s no brainer. He started and finished the construction of the bridge.
