Dear VO,

I hope this mail meets you well.

I write this letter with a troubled heart and at the same time saddened with the delay in the approval of my visa application.

I received BVL since April 29, 2023 and also got update on my tracker on May 1, 2023.

It's been 2 years I saw my family and I really miss them just as they miss me as well.

It's even more painful that my son sees me as a stranger and hardly responds to me when trying to do video calls with him.

My wife also, is unhappy that my visa application is yet to be approved. This delay has caused her serious emotional distress. She's so lonely and feels my presence will light up our family mood with joy and happiness again.

Canada is a country that's known to encourage family life, togetherness and family reunification.

I implore you to kindly help look into my visa application and approve quickly so I can visit and reunite with my family.

Below are my application details:

Good evening! I have a concern regarding my parent's visitor visa renewal application. I mistakenly answered 'No' when asked if they have been denied a visa in the past. However, they were previously denied a US visa but have since successfully applied for another one. Would it be advisable for me to submit a webform to rectify this error? Thank you.

Dear Visa Officer,

I am writing to you today with a heavy heart, as I find myself caught in an overwhelming state of anticipation and uncertainty. My purpose in reaching out to you is to express my deep concern regarding the delayed decision on my tourist visa application.

To begin, let me emphasize that my intentions of visiting Canada are solely for the purpose of experiencing the natural beauty, rich culture, and warm hospitality that your esteemed country is renowned for. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to set foot on Canadian soil and immerse myself in the breathtaking landscapes and diverse communities that make up this magnificent nation.

Regrettably, my dreams have been put on hold as I continue to anxiously await a decision on my visa application. I submitted my application with the utmost sincerity, ensuring that every document and requirement was fulfilled to the best of my ability. Since then, every passing day has brought a mixture of hope and anxiety, as I monitor my email inbox for any updates.

While I understand that the visa process involves thorough scrutiny and assessment, the prolonged delay in my case has caused significant distress and frustration. The uncertainty has taken a toll on my emotional well-being, causing sleepless nights and constant worry. Every day that goes by without a decision pushes me further into a state of despair.

I implore you to kindly consider the impact of this prolonged delay on my plans and emotional state. My scheduled departure date is swiftly approaching, and I find myself torn between maintaining hope and the practical necessity of making alternative arrangements. My heart yearns for an opportunity to explore the wonders of Canada, to create cherished memories, and to build bridges of friendship and understanding between our countries.

I understand that your office receives an overwhelming number of visa applications each day, and I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work put forth by the visa officers. However, I humbly request your compassion and empathy in expediting the decision on my application. I have already invested a significant amount of time, effort, and resources into planning this trip, and any further delay would not only result in the loss of these investments but also shatter my dreams of experiencing the magnificence of Canada firsthand.

In closing, I appeal to your compassion and understanding, praying that you can find it in your heart to prioritize my application and provide me with the opportunity to fulfill my dream of visiting Canada. Your timely decision would not only bring immense joy to my life but also strengthen the bonds between our nations and foster cultural exchange.

Thank you for taking the time to read my heartfelt appeal. I eagerly await your favorable response and hope to receive the long-awaited news of a positive decision on my tourist visa application.

With sincere gratitude and unwavering hope,
