Just as Josephb as suggested keep sending them mails and webforms...don't get tired. Ensure you highlight it in your letter that you responded and it was their own fault. Upload another passport again and also pray. God will take control. Also, if you have evidence of the one you sent, include it. All the best.

Pls oo my brethrens, one of my kids dat applied with my husband is still waiting for her ppr oo. They requested for consent letter for the both of them which was uploaded separately in their portals. One of d kid's own was updated d nxt day and has gotten his ppr, but one of d kid's own is still reading "we need additional documents to process it application". I sent them mail requesting for update,they replied me that I should resend d request. I resent d request through mail,they replied that they have gotten d mail and will b forwarded to foreign mission.. her tracker was also updated dat they received my msg and it will b reviewed. But uptill now, nothing yet. What do we do. My husband's and son's passport don even reach ircc Abuja for stamping

They will not ask you upload a new passport as your current passport is not expired. Ensure you send a webform with your new passport as soon as you get it.

My passport has expired since 2021. . I applied in 2020 . I have not received any mail from them.
I applied for a renewal this month not ready yet , could the expired passport be the cause of the delay in their decision making on my application? Because a girl we applied together have received PPR Last month and have her passport stamped already.

I know that most of the people sending emails have gotten their BVL and are just waiting for PPR. But it's really important that I travel soon and someone that applied at the same time with me has gotten PPR since April.

I noted that you applied to see your family, you can try draft one and let the VO know the urgency.

Those guys can take their time busy doing nothing.

Pls what happened to your situation! I am in a situation where I needed to submit a new passport 2 weeks after my PPR! I sent the new and old together on the webform but no update on my tracker or in my mail! I’ve submitted the new passport with a copy of the old one to the vfs for stamping! I hope that works ! They never responded to the webform I sent them!

So for people having the same problem, just continue clicking next, worst case scenario, you'll get to the page where it asks you for the card details to pay and it will not pull the money from your bank if you don't enter it. Best case scenario, there will be no real payment at the end of it just like my case.

The system is locked so we can'tupload it again. But the passport is there. I will bombard them with emails. Lol. Thanks .

If you are the one that filled the application, and you can remember vividly what you filled.

Worry no more, open another GCKEY account. Inside the new GCKEY account, click on "link/add application" it will take you to a page to answer some question regarding that application you want to link.

Questions like; visa category, uci number, name, purpose of traveling, amount filled in the application etc. Once you get all right, the application will be added to your GCKEY account under 48hr.
