One of the probable reasons for going after Mason Mount is to fill the English players quota in the team.
Phil Jones is gone, Maguire may likely go, Greenwood is gone. So, whether they like it or not, they have to replace with home grown players.

Shame on whom in particular??! Martial? Chelsea players? Or Both??!

Getting champions league football is really awesome considering where we where last season. However, Ten haag must be backed and backed quickly. That lousy rumour of us being interested in Mason Mount should end NOW. No more English boys. If we should maybe sign an English player,then it should be Harry kane. However, that should only happen if we fail to get Osimhen.
Our priorities should be a striker, a centre back, a midfielder, getting rid of maguire as soon as the windows open. Also, we really need greenwood. Getting greenwood, amad, pellestri,Osimhen, Rashford as our attacking threat would be great. Martial has been given enough time and has failed to prove himself. Antony isn't creative enough and Sancho is yet to justify his price tag.
In all we do during the transfer window, selling maguire must be our first step. We overpaid for Antony and such should t repeat itself. Chukwueze would do way better than antony
