This is why Nigeria will forever remain the poverty and corruption capital of the world. No rule of law. They have turned the country to a lawless jungle. |

In the Senegal General Election of 2012, Abdoulaye Wade, the incumbent won the first round of the election with 37 percent of total votes leaving his nearest challenger Macky Sall trailing with 26%... Wade didn't undermine the Constitution by riding roughshod very it even when he was unable to meet the constitutional requirement to be re-elected for a fresh term... The Construction of Senegal prevailed and there was a run off.... Guess what? Macky Sall was able to galvanize other opposition parties and DEFEATED Wade in a run off between two of them... Wade called Sall and conceded defeat... What is the problem with Nigeria? Does Satan have a operational headquarters in this country? |

This lawyer is letting his emotions and the money he will make to becloud his reasoning. No high court judge will rule on a matter already in front of the Tribunal. Blackmailing the judge in the press will not change the outcome of the case. |

seanfer:What trash are you talking about? A judge is obligated to make a ruling on every case brought before him... His ruling can be set aside by a superior or higher court... The only technicality he can bring into play is to adjourn the case sine die but he has no right to volitionally refuse a ruling... |
| Re: Judiciary Will Set Nigeria Ablaze: Lawyer Fumes At Judges Absence From Suit. by seanfer(m): 7:10pm On May 26, 2023 |
maestroferddi:The only ruling coming from this case is to dismiss it because the case is also among the prayers the petitioners have with tribunal. And the high court is not superior to the tribunal. |

The petitioners will just get a very heavy fine, this suit is frivolous. |
| Re: Judiciary Will Set Nigeria Ablaze: Lawyer Fumes At Judges Absence From Suit. by maestroferddi: 7:19pm On May 26, 2023 |
seanfer:Oga are you just guessing or what? Which law stipulates that a case before a judge be dismissed just because it is at a tribunal? A judge is functus officio on giving a ruling.... |

maestroferddi:The federal high court is a lower court to the presidential election tribunal and that’s the reason why I said the court lack jurisdiction to hear the case. Except the judge want to go rogue. |

seanfer:are u a lawyer...why would the judges not come to court and say it themselves....funny country. Biafra is the only emancipation this people need but they don't want to understand. Zoo can't work. Embrace Biafra. That's why anything about Nigeria politics no longer interest me so I don't waste time supporting Obi or anybody because the country can't work no matter who comes in as president |

.This lawyer want make dem give am sanction he will never recover from. This lawyer is a big fool and he will regret ever granting this interview. A case before Court of Appeal and lawyer collected money to file the same case in a federal high court?I pity this country. You can't try this nonsense in the US and other advanced democracies and getaway with it |

Alaigbomaster:Yoruba bigot, tomorrow you will come online to beg for money to eat. Someone gave you an example of African democracy where rule of law is respected. Senegal has strong institutions and even their president is wise enough to obey. Continue supporting rogues because of tribalism, your recompense is on the way. |

At times when you see how some of these lawyers behave like stack illetrates that don't know the law, you will rather be allowed to defend your case than allowing them use inexperience scatter case for you. This case is already infront of tribunal; but maybe because of money lawyers want to collect from their clients, they will act being ignorant. Tinubu has already made N57 millions today from court charges to petitioners. Judge should come quickly and slam these ones too with N100 million with 20% yearly increase. |
