The money doesn’t belong to him. If it was his money, he would have been indicted and sentenced!

The reason for the forfeiture is due to the fact that he’s not the owner of the money! He wasn’t involved in whatever brought the money into his account! He has no knowledge of where & who owns the money!

IRS did their investigations and they found it was true that the money doesn’t belong to him!

This is why he forfeit the money as a civil forfeiture and not criminal forfeiture!
