It's not a question of who is fooling who. The right question is, how would this policy affect the country? Almost N6trn would be saved from the removal. These monies can be channeled to capital projects and other key sectors. It's long overdue in my opinion. It's tough, but we will ride through it unscathed.

Then why did Tinubu and his ilks objected to it during Goodluck Jonathan regime, even went as far as sponsoring protest against it

Until yesterday, they were saying Peter Lunaticv is their president. Then Bola Tinubu announced subsidy and the nation reacted to it.

Can’t they just tell Obi to announce there will be no subsidy so it can go back to default mode since he is their president?

I don’t take this Kanayo guy serious, he probably think he is in a movie scene. I still remember his statement about 10million Ibos delusion.

Kanayo O. Kanayo should do necessary sacrifices to return the subsidy. He can use Peter Obituary for sacrifice or ask Pete Edochie to give him another his grandchildren

We can't blame Tinubu in this case those useless marketers should seriously deal with.

There is no doubt that Obi was the most populous candidate in the last presidential election. I did not vote at all and wont vote again in Nigeria. I took the decision since 2015.
Obi is good no doubt. A ll the other candidates shadowed Obi. They try to do whatever thing Obi did or say. Immediately Obi said he would remove subsidy all of them chorused same thing. But one thing they never heard from Obi was when and how. Tinubu acted like one who copied another person work. You must get into office to see the extent of the problem, look at alternative options and choose the best alternative. I didnt vote and would not have also voted Tinubu.
