The only key thing Amaechi messed up with is the Rivers Monorail. A. Monumental waste.

He first announced employment of 5,000 civil service when he resumed his 2nd tenue, I even heard in that yr saying 5billion was set aside for that. We no see employment after we stay for line wella for secretariat, letter they moved it to online due to the Corona wahala.

Now few month before leaving office he says 10,000 jobs for civil service.
Me and millions of Rivers youth paid 3,000 to cyber cafe operators for its processes,
Till now we no hear anything again as Sim Win.

Amaechi tried no doubt particularly his first term. His second tenure was a mess particularly his fight with Jonathan. Amaechi is generally dislike because of this.
