Yap! It is not easy for a landlord/landlady to live in the same premises with his/her tenants.
Every single decision that the landlord/landlady makes will likely elicit remark such as "is it because he/she is the owner of the house?"

It is a landlord/landlady that should be wary of living with his/her tenants in the same premises.

There are tenants from hell and there are landlords/landladies from hell, too. No one, landlord/landlady or tenant, should pray to encounter such. However, it is easier to find the former than the latter.

Real estate, like we all know, is an investment. People make investments for profit or benefit. There is no one who builds a house for commercial purpose that doesn't want to benefit from it. Actually, no one works against his/her own investment.

There are tenants who, if they had their way, would collect the rent that they have paid to their landlord/landlady back and still live in the apartment. They are the ones who will pay their rent and then fast and pray to their demons, of course, and consult all sorts of diabolical stuff in attempts to make the money unprofitable to their landlord/landlady. Such people fast and pray to Satan and the demons and not the Creator of heaven and earth for he will neither answer such prayers nor allow Satan and the demons carry out the schemes and requests of such evil and wicked tenants. YHVH Almighty is the God of justice will never acquit the guilty nor condemn the innocent but exercises righteous, justice and kindness.

Landlords/landladies who live in the same premises with their tenants require commendation. Landlords/landladies who live in the same premises with their tenants know that it not an easy feat.

Landlord/landlady relationship is one of mutual respect. Everyone will operate with his/her own energy and talent, star and glory. Nothing gives one any form of entitlement to the energy, talent, glory or star of the other.

The landlord/landlady has spent some of his/her money on the property and he/she deserves his/her reward. The tenant will spend some of his or her income on rent. The landlord/landlady will make use of his/her money. The tenant will enjoy the apartment that he/she has paid for over the specific period. Your landlord/landlady will not worship you because you pay him rent. Your tenant will not worship you because he/she is renting your property. This is simple. Why would anyone want to complicate it?

When next you see such landlord/landlady, commend him/her. It is not easy.

All the points he raised are already covered by both Law (Law of Contracts) and legal (tenancy laws of states)
