I think Pep, on some levels, prefer he is coaching United and achieving success there.

Bigger brand, richer history, so his achievements would have a bigger recognition. But then it’s hard for any manager to succeed at United because of the Glazers.

And I’m not saying this because I’m a Man Utd fan. It’s just a thought. I think Pep himself mentioned something akin to not being revered enough for the trophies he’s won at City.

I don't think so. From a neutral point of view it is possibly more fulfilling to be the original legendary manager at City rather than competing for the throne with Sirs Alex and Matt.
