Bris fuel subsidy protests started in 1982/3 and the reason we are where we are is due to no one having the courage to see it through. So trekking is fine. No problem. We cannot continue this cycle of under development because one candidate has amnesia and has forgotten what he said he would do on his first day in office.

None of you folks will ever be president of Nigeria. You may think that you do not care, but deep down you know you cannot have an easy sleep thinking about that. You folks have by your own mouths sold yourselves into nothingness in the affairs of Nigeria. For after the Yoruba it'll be the turn of the Hausa-Fulani, coming down south it's going to be the turn of the Edo or Ibibio, then back to the north for the Tiv to have a turn, coming to the south again for the Kalabari or the Yoruba to have it! Power is neither served a la carte or ceded based on emotion. You work for power and you must have the patience to watch it gestate like a healthy pregnancy. Asking the Jagaban about how that's done cannot be considered an offence!
