Please is there any other way to get ppr letter if one can't login the portal?

On tracker.. Visa details updated.. Email received to check portal.

Now can't find login to get the ppr mail.

Any other way to get the ppr letter for submission?

finally received passport request for them.

Application submitted May 31st 2022 through old portal
BVL - May 23rd
PPR - June 1st

Hi everyone..My Dad & brothers visitor visa just got some attention since May 2022 that they applied. They both received a BVL today.

However my brother’s passport will be expiring next year April, we are considering renewing his passport before sending it when they get the request. Do you think this is a good idea?

Also their biometric letter showed a Lagos address at the bottom, should I address the webform(about his passport) to Lagos or still Nairobi?

Once passport is stamped forget anything else. Leave them to update their portal/tracker wen they’re less busy.

Hi guys. My tracker got updated yesterday, May 31st since April 19th. And I saw this information there:

'We received the information you sent us. We’ll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you.'

Please note that I didn't upload any additonal documents, my eligibility has not started and my background check is still in progress? Did anyone experience same? Does this mean PPR will be out soon? This anxiety is a lot o. lol

I know someone who got BVL and PPR two days after seeing this update on her tracker, did anyone else experience this?

Hi Guys, I have been tracking my application for months now without issues, I logged in today and saw this. Please is it something to worry about because I have seen morethan enough with the waiting time already, I don’t want more issues with technical whatever….

This is an issue from their end. I also tried to access the portal now, but their server is down at the moment.

It means it has bn sent to Abuja for stamping.

Their server is down,it happen sometimes like that.you can give it sometime before you try again.

Your visa has been approved, and your passport has been stamped, so why are you still worrying yourself with the application status tracker?

Haaa God Abeg o, my passport will expire in August 2023, cus I applied in 2020, but I’ve gotten bvl and visa number, although I’ve not gotten mail from dem to upload my new passport, but will soon go for collection of my new passport , can I send it to dem once I get it or I shld wait for dem to request for it?

My eligibility started last week for work permit though. But it’s surprising that it only began eligibility for spouse and not the main applicant
