I don't know why people hide their health status in this part of the world.

Is it a sin to be sick? Must you serve at the detriment of your life?

In a sane country, leaders do take leave to attend to their health, they may delegate subordinates and assign roles, sometimes, they resign altogether, accepting that their state of health will interfere with their delivery.

Such men are excused from blames and stones. They even become more honorable thereafter.

But here, they must die there and even hide their death status.
