If God has spoken evil concerning someone, a people or a nation, if the fellow or nation turns from doing wickedness, the Lord God will turn away from His anger and turn things around.

Apart from the above, you need to understand that a Christian can overturn these evil prophecy if he or she understands the believers' authority.

Asides the above, we must be careful not to prophesy out of our emotions and feelings of hatred etc. We must not become a people that hate our neighbors for whom Jesus Christ died.
