Former Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole, tackled Seun Okinbaloye, Channels TV anchor, not to take him to the realm of politics because elections are over.

Adams Oshiomhole tackled Seun Okinbaloye in an interview with Channels Television during the Politics Today program when Seun Okinbaloye asked him how soon will Nigeria have an increased wage review base on today's meeting with TUC on tackling the effect of fuel subsidy removal.

Adams Oshiomhole responded that he can only guess because

"I'm just from the meeting and I was coming here because I have to obey you and I have not..."

Seun Okinbaloye teased him when he said, "So you are Obidient"

Adams Oshiomhole reacted,

"I am obedient but I mean obedient in the true sense of word. Not ill-conceive, ill-daughter political Obidient. No! Politically, I am an agitator, I am not Obidient, everything has to be questioned and interrogated, not a political opportunism, no! Don't take me to the realm of politics, elections are over, this is the time for governance."

Seun Okinbaloye interrupted, "I see your countenance has changed as soon as I asked you that question.

Adams Oshiomhole clarified that from the negotiation table, he came down to the studio and he has not had the opportunity to join his colleagues to report to the President the outcome of the meeting. However, their general belief is that Tinubu is committed to responding to the outcome of it promptly.
