During today's tribunal hearing, the lawyer representing INEC emphasized that Atiku Abubakar cannot be declared the winner of the last election because he only scored 15% of the votes in the FCT. Does this indicate that obtaining a minimum of 25% in Abuja is a mandatory requirement? .. but Tinubu got more qualification than Atiku and Obi. Tinubu has majority votes, but Atiku and Obi failed to meet that and Tinubu had 2/3rd of states in Nigeria, but others failed to meet up. Tinubu remains most qualified among them, Obi and Atiku should go and sort themselves out first |
