To whom it may concern

Kindly return Back the total sum of N72,229 which is the total amount you withdrew from my account as xclusive annual subscription and xclusive vat.
I lost my xclusive card and I was not interested in it any longer because you stopped the dollar exchange rate which attracted me as small business owner. O have seen, been using my normal access bank card

The xclusive card club or whatever it is called, was never a life time thing.
You should seek my permission before renewing my card or my membership. Once again, I didn't sign a life membership. Secondly, you stopped the product that made me got the card in the first place.
Kindly refund me back
