Emefiele under MB's presidency introduced this ban 2yrs ago that almost crumbled the fastest growing digital space for currency in the world. Same emefiele now under BAT's presidency of barely two weeks have lifted the same ban it imposed about 2yrs ago. This is why I was laughing at some people's ignorance when they were solely blaming the CBN governor for the Naira redesigning policy.
