—HE Peter Obi Represented the Petitioners( Himself & LP)

—LP’s Counsel Team Was Led by Dr Livy Uzoukwu SAN

—Documents Were Presented by Paul Ananaba SAN

—Forms EC8Bs (by LGA) For These States Were Presented: Ebonyi (12) , Kaduna(4), Oyo(4) & Nassarawa (1)

—Forms EC8Cs For These States Were Presented : Bayelsa 8 , Benue (23) , C/River (18) , Ebonyi (10) , Edo (10) , Lagos (20) , Niger (25), Ondo(18) , Oyo(33) , Rivers (23) , Sokoto ( 23) , Ekiti(16) , Delta (25)

—Forms EC8Ds For 36 States & FCT Were Presented As Well

—All of Forms EC8Bs, EC8Cs and EC8Ds Presented Were Opposed by Respondents , Admitted by Court and Tagged with their Exhibit Numbers Respectively

—Form EC8DA (For National) Was Presented with No Objections by Respondents, Admitted & Tagged with an Exhbit Number

—Court Adjourned at 5:38pm Till Thursday June 8th, 2023.

I cannot wait to see what LP counsel concludes from the CTC tendered in evidence. That will determine if Peter Obi can actually prove that he won or not. May God help him!

Please note that INEC is still owing LP team some documents, so whatever you see today doesn’t mean that’s all LP have to present for this case. There are more documents on the way.

lmao vawulence everywhere...But the thing is this, let's allow the court decide. Tinubu winning at the polls and also winning in court will legitimize his victory, further strengthen our democracy and bury every grievance. So, let's allow the court decide.
