Please I was recently diagnosed with Azoospermia i.e zero sperm count. My wife and I have been trying to conceive but nothing until I conducted the test.
After the test blood test and hormonal test all conducted everything came out fine only that I am not producing sperm.
I really need recommendations on what to do as I don't have the funds for IVF yet.
Also what are my chances of conceiving even if herbal medicine can help please recommend.
