I don't get the PDP, how does not uploading election results affect the outcome of the Election.
If INEC knew that uploading election results would not affect the outcome of the Election, why then introduce BVAS and IReV? Why assure Nigerians, the parties and the national assembly that it will employ BVAS and IReV to eliminate the controversies associated with manual collation of results in previous elections? Why collect N400 billion to from national assembly to employ the system?

Which magnitudes. Nothing new in what the witnesses are saying. Everyone knows the result was not transmitted to the servers. So what's special about what they are saying. T

As a senior lawyer there testimonies lacks any weight under the evidence Act.

They only testified what Atiku lawyers asked them to say in the court.

Even the Peter obi witness yesterday also killed Peter obi case.

The evidence Act will be a major barrier to both Atiku and Obi.

There testimonies are null void and worthless.

The court will return Tinubu as the authentic winner of the election.

The point is that your candidate didn't win the election and you're here being stupid online while your candidate, his family and their cohorts are fattening up in Aso Rock. You don't count in the grand scheme of things. Some of the people you think you're mocking will gain more from Tinubu's Government for your info

Bvas worked, it was used for accreditation. It was the Uploading of result into IREV that didn't function. Bad enough, the concern of PDP should have been demonstrating that the results declared is different from the actual votes. That's what I expected

The outcome from the polling units is not what was announced. This is sabotage and we gave Yakubu N300B to conduct elections and upload results

When Atiku Abubakar don decide to remain for Nigeria without going back to Dubai you know say Asiwaju and Mahmoud are in trouble.

All the Ad-hoc staff same testimony.

INEC will deny thier own signed results sheets and still deny thier own Ad hoc staff with INEC original appointment letters.

Na wa trouble is on the way. Before the end of the trial many INEC staff involved in this fraud must have escaped from Nigeria.

No sir!

Court's final judgment would be based on evidence presented in court and not on what everybody outside the court know!

Substantial compliance is also very important.

The law required INEC to transmit results from the polling units.

Transmitting results,24hrs later, implied that the transmission was not from the polling units!

This is exactly what I was going to ask also..... what are we deriving form these testimonies....that BVAS could not upload result and then what? Did that change any of the results recorded on the signed form EC8A...... from what was eventually declared?

THE lawyers should be prepared to show evidences that what was recorded on the EC8A forms were different from what was declared eventually at the final collation centre, otherwise trying to fault the election because BVA could not connect to IREV is a bloody waste of time bothering on technicalities.......

BVAS did not work as intended. The BVAS machine was meant to accredit voters and then transmit the results to the Irev portal. It did accredit the voters but it malfunctioned when transmitting the presidential results.
Irev was supposed to make sure that the figures announced at the polling units is the same as the number of votes transmitted to inec headquarters. In previous elections the results magically change between polling unit and headquarters. So BVAS and IReV were supposed to work together to validate the election.

So explain why all the BVAS machines and the Server decided to malfunction at the same time.

Yes it did. There are numerous allegations that the results changed drastically when the results got to the INEC state collation centre and the National collation centre in Abuja. The one of Rivers state is legendary.

It's as good as not conducting an election. Why? Because such is against the electoral guidelines (rules).

They will argue that election guidelines are not legally binding and so we should continue with the way elections had been conducted since 1979, where results are just allocated irrespective of actual voting.

If after INEC severally promised Nigerians that results would be transmitted live from the polling units and they did that exactly except for presidential election only, that should be enough to convince the judges that the process that produced is phishing. Why should they refuse to follow their own guidelines for one out of five elections? This scenario is enough for the judges to doubt the fairness and sincerity of electoral umpire.

Same way I asked then why Atiku didn't make peace with at least the G-5 instead of keeping Ayu as the Chairman of the Party and you guys were questioning my reasoning. Now Atiku lost, Ayu is gone, so what's the gain.
Again, I'm observing that the argument of PDP will amount to nothing if it's only about Bvas not working and not about Substantial discrepancies in the election figures and declared figures.
This thing has to be focused
You are here ranting

Brilliant! Those are the relevant evidences as far as I am concerned and not just trying to prove that BVAS did not upload to IReV therefore the result is not valid. We are waiting for those type of evidences to come up and I hope they are actually coming ........ and there are enough of such discrepancies for the tribunal to agree that election was flawed or that Obi or Atiku should have won.......

How else do you want to transmit results to Abuja and Mahmood started announcing results less than 24 hours after the close of elections. Election closed 6 PM on Saturday 25th February and by Sunday evening Mahmood Yakubu has started announcing results, how did the results get to Abuja? By WhatsApp or by Okada?

Exactly, i don't see any thing different from wat inec said and what the witnesses said. Dey said results couldn't be uploaded on real-time due to several hacks on their system. I was expecting to see d witnesses say the result dey held was different from wat was now on IREV.
