it is residents that determines who LEADS them. What you are asking for you cannot get.

Do you know that close to half of the population of states like Anambra and Rivers are non indegenes. So called non indegenes vote in these places without molestation. If you are good, people living with you, will see need to vote with you. A bad workman quarrels with his tool.

Yes, Nigerian in USA, UK adjust themselves to the system on ground. I am against Igbo been elected in lagos state or anywhere so far they adjust themselves to the system on ground.
