President, vice president, minister of finance, minister of defense etc all high ranking government officials didn't know that their CBN governor sent $100M to the Taliban. Tinubu can't touch them, most of the senior officials in Buhari Admin are Northerners.. Tinubu and his people worship the northerners like demi gods.
