The Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, on Saturday dismissed the application filed by the Labour Party and Peter Obi seeking an order to question INEC on the technology it deployed for the conduct of the general elections.

Mr Obi and LP are petitioners in the petition marked CA/PEPC/03/2023 challenging the election which brought president Bola Tinubu into power.

Respondents are the INEC, President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima and All Progressives Congress, APC. READ MORE

Those guys are only hoping on power of incumbency to truncate justice. They know Buhari and his evil regime must have planted judges that will deny Obi justice irrespective of any presented evidence. That's why you keep hearing them say GO TO COURT. Or OBI IS WASTING HIS TIME.

We just pray that the judges deliver good judgement. If not, it's just a matter of time before they know reap the fruit of their evil.
