My sister bought a Tecno Pop 5 Pro from easy buy and completed the payment, when she newly got it, she gave the phone to someone to set up gmail for her. Now I came back home and found out someone gifted her a new phone and she isn't using the tecno any longer cos someone reset it and it's requesting for a gmail that was previously synched to the phone and being that it wasn't my sister that set up the phone, she lost contact with the person that set up the gmail and she can't remember the mail address, password or number used for the gmail either.
So tech gurus please has the phone been automatically rendered useless or is there a way I can bypass it cos I tried the manual hard reset using power button and volume up but it isn't working.
It's stucked at phone setup with Wi-Fi and gmail input before one can use the phone.

Unless it's a stolen phone and you're just cooking up bullshit to gain access to it, I suggest you tell your sister to give you more details about the person who initially put the gmail and then get in touch with the person. If the person is still alive then you'll definitely get the access from him.

Take it to computer they will flash it with computer n enjoy

take it to any software engineer you know,for google lock bypass

your sister should have the phone receipts and pack. If your story is true and not a stolen phone. Take the receipt/pack containing the imel no to engineer place, they will help you to bypass the frp or completely flash the firmware with system. The phone will become useable back.

no engineer will help you to bypass frp from a phone or unlock phone without you providing proof of ownership of such phone.
