You see so many of these people, tens of thousands of them in party conventions in smart attires looking plumb. Some of them, dont have any work they do but just been a political party member and causing confusions here and there in the name of politics.

Cutting down government spending should start by ending political parties in nigeria because they dont contribute to any development but parasitic. Nigeria as a poor country should rather run on independent candidacy

The problem is, many of you guys do not actively take part in poitics.

Ye just sit down and cry and keep crying about how bad things are. But join a party, any party...and there are several of them, do some organising, fight even for a better road for your area, you won't do.

Democracy is hard work. Those people you think are 'enjoying'....15 years ago, they were carrying the big man's briefcase and doing a lot of running around.

Or you like the alternative? Dictatorship. And having lived under it, it was hellish.

(And tomorrow, some of you will line up behind a big politican now).
