Execution of Nguyễn Văn Lém The VC used this as propaganda against the resistance, spreading pictures of a man in handcuffs being shot in the head. it was then picked up in the US and spread that same propaganda. The part that the narrative omits is that this man was a serial killer and child murderer. and right before this picture he just slaughtered all six children of the man shooting him. any human being who just lost his entire family to a serial killer would do exactly what he just did.
