Sexual deviance has nothing to do with celibacy. You will agree with me that there are so many married people who are sexually deviant, who also rape, molest and do all sorts to their victims.

The story is incomplete, American courts are never lenient with rape cases, they even become harsher when a child is the victim, one year sentence for child molestation\rape is unrealistic
