Few minutes ago I stepped out to get something and few rain drops on the screen which I cleaned up immediately and the phone is working perfectly until I noticed that the sound it's off and I realized it's on earpiece which I've never used today.

Though I used earpiece regularly almost everyday sed but how can I remove it on earpiece mode. I've rebooted the phone twice now it's still there.

Please I need help. I'm using camon 19

Check if there's any connected device on the phone's bluetooth

Apply small petrol on a toothbrush then find a way it can get into the ear phone port. Just small drop of petrol

Water most likely shorted the ear phone jack so the device thinks you plugged in an ear phone, use a blow dryer gently on it or wait a day or two.

Do this, it works most of the time. Plug in a earpiece into that phone Port and remove it back. It should remove the earpiece icon from the phone and work normally

Wipe it and if that doesn't work reboot it and if that doesn't work report to carlcare with immediate effect
