DMerciful:
Obi won with a wide margin and whther is IREV results or form EC8As from polling units, if collated independently, Obi won.

Tinubu and Atiku knows this.
Why has it not been collated and submitted to the judge since?

Even with the mathematics professor?

You guys don't seem to understand the difference.

Kenya transmitted raw figures, while Yakubu said INEC will only transmit snapped image of polling unit results direct from polling units to iREV in realtime (meaning as soon as voting and counting ends in each polling unit), so mark the difference.

What it means is that Kenya did their own result collation electronically which their electoral law had provision for but Nigeria's electoral law doesn't permit electronic collation of election result which they claim can be hacked, understood. But transmitting snapped polling unit election result to INEC's server known as iREV is not result collation, it is for public credibility purpose and to guard against rigging of results during final manual collation since Nigerians can do manual collation using the originally uploaded snapped polling unit results on iREV to check for discrepancies with final result announced by INEC.

So this is where the problem is and where INEC used to rig the election because snapped polling unit result sheets of NASS election conducted same time with Presidential election were being uploaded and transmitted successfully on realtime to INEC's iREV (result viewing online portal) on the election day but Presidential election own wasn't going through, which tells you there was something fishy.

Nobody expected INEC to transmit the raw figures counted from polling units, what we expected is the snapped polling unit results uploaded and transmitted to iREV direct from every polling unit as done in Osun state.

You can hack raw figure transmission but you cannot hack snapped picture of polling unit result which must be the original INEC result sheet from polling unit bearing the signatures of each party's polling unit agent; APC, LP, PDP, NNPP, others.

Hope you understand the difference now?
And that's where they shot themselves on the leg cos there is alot of discrepancies between the uploaded results on the Irev to the AC8A forms of most polling units and original AC8B, AC8C forms which Inec provided and gave to LP which labour party have duly submitted at the Tribunal and the Result Announced by Inec to the public that made them declare Tinubu winner. There is about 18,088 polling units EC8A forms that are blurry on Irev but also mutilated on the EC8A forms and yet results was ruled in favor of APC. Those who rigged this election were not smart about it and that's gonna be their own undoing!

Many news outlets have the news and made it public on February 23rd, 2023 when INEC Chairman Mahmood Yakub stated that they will not be transmitting results. Check the news sources below to read the details yourself

When you are done blabbing and fooling yourself, go and check the meaning of raw figures and snapped pictures of of the results. Yesterday Prof does justice to this by saying irev was and is not a collation center but serves as a checker, so that the public can compare and contrast the results as announced.
What labour party is going to establish is inec didn't collate results well, using the forms ecb8a and irev results. During cross examination, he was being forced to admit the collated results from wards to local government, state and federal level. To this he said once the primary source of data is not accurate, anything done with it results in error.
So for now, that's why all the pus results are court which it will be recounted and the inec magic removed.

Obi has never presented any result to show he won the election. He has been arguing on irregularities. He wants to find a way majority of votes from places Tinubu won can be cancelled so we can have a rerun. You can prove me wrong by showing any alternative result Obi's lawyers have presented in court.

If I ask you to prove that Obi won the election now, bring out the real results, wàhálà will start again
I have seen your efforts at shopping for legality to an illegally acquired mandate

LP is presenting video evidences of INEC chairman Yakubu Mahmud saying severally on live TV that election results will transmitted live on election day to the irev portal on real time basis.
LP is also presenting journalists as witnesses who were also live at the events where INEC chairman was making these speeches

Here you are, on Nairaland creating a stupid thread with distorted information from The Nation Lagos-Ibadan expressway propaganda newspaper

He used 2 states to conclude on 37 states. What's the margin error for this?
Do you know the sampling method he used to choose just 2 states and those states in particular?

Thanks

This is your Tribune of February 23rd, 2023.

Read the encircled. Abi you no trust the report you are using as your defense again?

Remember our keywords from the report:

1) Mandate: This means it’s mandatory, and not optional, it’s not at their discretion, for polling unit officers to upload results of their polling unit to the IREV.

2) Snap: Your argument above is that he did not use the word “snap”, but I’ve just showed you that he used those exact words.

What’s your defense again?

See, the courts would have to throw our constitution and the Electoral Act into the lagoon before they will retain Tinubu on seat.
What is the Supreme Court ruling on IREV(/Osun election matter)

BATified23, be reasonable na

That newspaper publication you are insisting on is what prompted INEC to make a release debunking the rumour that they will no longer transmit election results realtime

raw figure means "5686737676",that's what INEC said it won't transmit.

But they will transmit the picture of the polling unit, which contains the raw figures.

That INEC release is much more important than what ever any newspaper publication says.

You can't tender that newspaper publication in court, but you can tender that INEC release in court backing it up with several videos where the INEC chairman Yakubu Mahmud insisted that election results will be transmitted to the irev portal realtime

The INEC release was last year grin you can't even prove it emanated from INEC. The last information about the electoral process was 23rd of February. That's what INEC and APC presented to counter the Arise and AIT staff in court yesterday.

I'm still waiting for link to the press release on INEC website, news outlet or INEC's social media handle.

Rerun is not going to happen because Obi won the election by a wild margin and he would be so declared. So, tell Tinubu that all his schemings to secure allies for himself in case of rerun election is a futile effort.

Now, read the image below again but slowly this time so you get what is written there and stop embarrassing your intelligence (if you have any) in public.
If Peter Obi actually won with a wild margin there would have been a very wild demonstration leading to chaos and anarchy the moment Tinubu was announced as the winner. Such a crisis that will not even allow the gubernatorial election to take place.

Have stopped being Obidient. It's nothing but a fantasy.

There are many videos and publication where INEC claimed they will transmit results from polling unit in real time before the 23th publication you claimed that they said they will no longer transmit results.
