What's part of the BVAS machine work, if not snapping and uploading of polling unit results to the irev portal? Or don't you know that the BVAS machine has a camera?

What a shameless bunch of low grade riggers. Even PDP were not these clueless. But the issue with the presidency is not whether raw score or upload. The issue was that it was not uploaded at all.
They rather waited till the following days so the results are changed before uploading. Till now they are still uploading.

So if the results were not uploaded whether snap or raw score, how did INEC now got the results they announced?

If this is the defense of APC, then they are not ready yet and its game over for them.
