Let me come in here, because i got a job with Lmia and i am waiting for my Work permit. It is hard to get a Lmia job, correct but it is not impossible. i think that is what Ruskov is trying to say. I work as an embryologist ( highly skilled job)i have masters and international job experience still I couldn’t get a job in the city. I got a job in my field, but in the rural area. All other big hospitals I applied too, didn’t take me except a large farm . I still work with eggs, sperm and embryos but now i will be working on Cows, horses and other large animals, i would be doing research ,genetic testing, biopsy but on animals.Which i am truly curious to experience. So yes, go to the farm lands or rural places. Even if you are an IT person, check for jobs in the rural places too. I got the job from Nigeria |

Hello house, Please I sent my passport to VFS through UPS courier a week ago. The tracking shows delivered, but is there a way I can track with VFS to know if it was actually delivered to them. I don't think I trust UPS service for now. |
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Nobody: 8:20pm On Jun 17, 2023 |
keleto: ![]() Your best bet is to re-confirm with them again. But at the same time, did they not send you tracking number or something you can use to track? You may ask them to assist with it. My 2 cents ![]() |

Julieni:Hahahahah, they donno. Just ignore these people. They do not have the relevant skills, neither will they look for it, they do not want to go to provinces that have the jobs. They want to stay in Ottawa or Toronto, and the Jobs come to them inside their AirBnB and apartment Rentals. Mxm Canada said people should endeavour to migrate before February 28, 2025, other than work things out, they wonna brawl. Would not stop me from helping tho. They won't share info, then fight those who want to share. Ignore these people. ![]() |

Julieni:My guy no vex abeg, I said I should help my people complaining there is no LMIA job, i want let them know that being in canada does not mean you are well informed. If you fail to plan before leaving for canada, den you plan to fail. Only those with the shortage skill occupation stand a chance of getting LMIA jobs Truck driving in provinces Farm labourers in Provinces All dose I know got LMIA 5 weeks training in truck driving in Nigeria 2 months internship in truck driving in Nigeria with recommendation letter from driving school and internship job They entered canada Nad went to Brampton, applied for CDL liecense and passed the test and got the liecense The one dat did not pass went through the 1 month training in canada, a bit expensive and then passed the test. The training school referred them to companies and they got LMIA jobs Flagpole and got work permit The good thing is that you can apply from PR after 2 years driving truck as a shortage skill occupation And you do not need experience to be a truck driver in canada with the Canadian liecense, except you are Appling through express entry. So for those shouting no LMIA, think about shortage skills and get trained. Job full ground with LMIA, na u dey find soft work 😆 |

Samplay1:Solid! No difference between what I say here almost all the time and what you say. Some people just want to be Boxers and beat me to Pulp. Glad its the internet, I would be seeking my teeth at least 5 by now, because i told them, this is the way , this isnt. ![]() Allow these people be. Do not say a word no more. ![]() Time will surely tell! |

chiomapx:Places like Mississauga, you can check. Some jobs could be there, it's in Ontario. Just make sure your skills falls in the NOC, then understand the requirements, tailor your CV to a Canadian standard resume. You have gotten your visa isn't it ? |
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Nobody: 10:52pm On Jun 17, 2023 |
Haryour124:Have a look at this job requirements first. https://www.jobbank.gc.ca/jobsearch/jobposting/38307478?source=searchresults That is one of the hospitals that have applied for LMIA , I'd say if you fit , then it's possible. Secondly , have you considered applying for the visas first? These employers want you on ground before anything can be done ! |
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Haryour124: 10:59pm On Jun 17, 2023 |
Ruskov:Thanks so much for this🙏 Yes I’ve applied for visa already, I’m waiting for ppr, got my bvl since last month and I ave visa details on tracker. |
