senatordave1:There's no votes that Rivers produce that AKS can't match. Check the recent election. Wike and Rivers is two different thing. How do you tell a fanatic? Sometimes one don't have to blow ones trumpet to be a fanatic. As it was with Okowa. Just that he lacked the clout nationwide as Wike. It's too early to judge the new governors. You know how powers intoxicates abi? I saw somewhere that Tompolo is in support of Sylva. I don't know how true. If Diri could massively deliver for PDP and with the unity they enjoy,He have the edge. If Sylvia goes violent there's nothing stopping Diri from replicating. So Ashiru ordered a recount in 2019. This time though I feel he should perserve and battle to the end. The margins are too small. |

senatordave1:Yeah! I agree with you about Kaduna. Jonathan Asake really joined in causing PDP’s loss in Kaduna. If you add the over 76k votes he got to PDP, it would have been clear victory that APC wouldn’t have been able to rig. But even at that, I still believe Uba Sani’s victory is questionable. But in Nasarawa, Christians constitute the majority of the people in the state. The only reason a Muslim has been ruling the state since 1999 is because the Christians have always divided themselves between Catholics and Pentecostals during elections which had always caused the splitting of Christian votes while the Muslims would always vote in one direction and help a Muslim win. But in this 2023, Nasarawa Christians learnt their lesson, and that’s why the Labour Party candidate had to step down for Davematics just to make sure they don’t divide their votes which is why Sule had it tough and ended up rigging. Don’t let party loyalty make you lie against your faith. |

Penguin2:Muslims average turnout is higher than christians if you compare christian and Muslim areas.even in plateau and taraba, those Muslim areas produce high votes. There is no dominant religion in nasarawa,it is like kogi and adamawa maybe christians edge out slightly. Oga,all these denomination excuse cannot fly.nasarawa is not the only states with pentecostal and Catholics,it is everywhere.for one religion to dominate completely shows they are more numerous.the accreditation data from bvas is almost same as the votes from Lafia so I wonder the rigging came from. |

Aiel123:Rivers is the most populous state in ss,the number 3 in the south.you can't compare them to aks.asides oil, their igr is second to Lagos...you can't do without rivers... Seems tompolo is playing the dangote game, supporting all sides. It is never too early to judge.a quiet governor and laid back governor does poorly in terms of electoral mobility,it is those aggressive ones that commands the most votes. Diri didn't do anything except for nass seats.apc or lp could have won bayelsa, the margin was too close and votes poor.since 2015,pdp has been recording diminishing returns from bayelsa.if sylva can unite the party and push a little more,he can dislodge diri.diri is a gentleman like amechi while sylva is wike.dickson struggled to match him, diri cannot.sylva is too entrenched with those militants and he just left the petroleum ministry.diri has complained about their activities in bayelsa east. Lere and kudan are 50 50.if ashiru cannot win his lga well, then he is useless.he won his ward by 6000 and struggled elsewhere.the recount might even cost him |

senatordave1:Yeah!! Like they did on Uzodimma case. Like they did on Lawan’s case. Like they did on Akpabio’s case. Please stop it if it’s a joke😏 |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by senatordave1(m): 4:07pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
Penguin2:Guy,stop stressing me.why must I explain this countless times? Uzodinma claimed 338 unit results where he won where never collated.inec and pdp claimed no election held there without dropping evidence.the police copies corroborated what hope said and the court had no choice as inec couldn't rebut his claims. For lawan, machina couldn't prove that he won the primaries.he brought a result sheet without apc logo, stamp or signature bearing yobe zone C instead of yobe north zone.again,he instituted his case via originating summons instead of writ of summons.the court had just one choice For akpabio, similar thing in lawan case occurred.again, the nwc cancelled the initial primary and conducted a fresh one citing security reasons.it is settled law that only an nwc can conduct primaries. What you see in the media might not be what happened in reality or in court. |

Penguin2:The best obi can get is cancellation of 18000 blurred results and a rerun therein |

Smitaro100:Why not address the issue Please we need a new Nigeria...thank God for Peter Obi |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by Penguin2: 5:16pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
senatordave1:If Obi is able to prove irregularities in a whopping 18,000 polling units, you think the judges are gonna order a rerun in those polling units alone? No sir. Irregularities in 18,000 polling units is enough to vitiate the entire election and a whole rerun will be ordered. But Obi is not looking for a rerun (Tinubu is already getting ready for that), what Obi wants is his outright declaration as the winner. But in the event that a rerun is ordered, Tinubu might be disqualified due to his drug past. |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by senatordave1(m): 6:14pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
Penguin2:You still don't get the memo.the court can only act only on where evidences are proven or units affected alone.the court will never use what happens in a few to judge the whole that is why evidences are required unit by unit.there can only be fresh elections if there was no elections at all or there was irregularities in a big majority that is why I said a partial rerun is the best case scenario for obi Obi is no more asking to be declared winner if you follow proceedings keenly.he is trying to get the entire results cancelled... The issue I have with you is that you like exhuming settled issues.the drug case is dead.after Mr nwakaeti testified, obi team abandoned that aspect.i remember telling you that that fine and aspect is subsumed under subsection D and cannot be resurrected after 10 years |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by Penguin2: 7:17pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
senatordave1:Tell me a precedent, whether in Nigeria or anywhere in the world, where irregularity was proven in some polling units and the court ordered a rerun in just those units and not the entire election. Again, you keep talking as if Obi has closed his case at the tribunal and you are already certain of what his pleas were and the evidences he brought to court to that effect. Which is not the case. Obi is still building his case and laying his evidences before the court. You don’t follow the case more than I do. And saying that the drug aspect of the case has been abandoned is erroneous because you do not know what further evidence Obi will bring to court to that effect before the case is closed. By the time Obi is done laying his evidences in court, which would show that he won the election by a wide margin, the courts would have no option than to declare him. |

| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by chukel(m): 7:56pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
Penguin2:stop being emotional. Obi has no case and he knows that. Else why will a grown man be asking that they cancel the whole result and disqualify Jagaban so only him and Atiku will slug it out. Obi is a coward. Come to think of it, obi had double nomination. Picked nomination form in pdp and was screened. Went to LP picked nomination form for the same position in the same election. |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by chukel(m): 8:00pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
Penguin2:you just read to argue. Calm down and seek understanding. Let's even assume Jagaban was convicted. When was the alleged conviction? 1993 right? It's already 30yrs. Subsection D says that caveat on not being qualified for elective position if one has criminal record ceases to exist if the individual is running for position more than 10yrs after the conviction. Why do you guys like chasing shadows. Meanwhile Jagaban was never convicted. |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by chukel(m): 8:04pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
Penguin2:what percentage is it. 10%. That 18k units will not even be significant when compared with the margin of win between Jagaban and obi. Moreover that was bvas report and not the forms ec8a. Cite the judgement of oyetola vs adeleke. Meanwhile, LP lawyers never claimed irregularity on the 18k units. They said the uploaded results were blurred which could be error from snapping. So they should have produced the original result sheet form EC8A for those polling units. Their agents should have copies. Police should have copies. That's what serious people do. That was what hope uzodimma did. But guess what, LP is just grandstanding. |

Penguin2:The apex court in wike vs dakuku, udom vs umana 2015 and okereke vs umahi supra clearly stated that evidences must be unit by unit and each unit cannot affect the other.you are from ebonyi so I strongly suggest you read okereke vs umahi 2015 supra... In adeleke vs oyetola this year osun pdp and inec agreed that there was overvoting in about ten units yet it was upheld.im buhari vs yaradua 2007,the apex court agreed there was widespread rigging but still upheld the polls.even in osun 2018 before the apex court used technicality, rerun in some units were suggested.in ekiti 2010,rerun in some units were ordered....go and read past judgments and get yourself updated please... The electoral act clearly states that substantial compliance is enough and the court Obi is not done with proving irregularities,he will still continue.his time elapses on friday...highest he can do is to add one more prayer and that's that |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by Penguin2: 9:48pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
chukel:Calm down, don’t run speed. Are you aware that every vote Obi gains is minus one for Tinubu? Or you think Tinubu’s votes will be constant while Obi labours to close the gap? For instance, if Obi succeeds in proving to the court that he won Rivers, the extra votes allotted to Tinubu in Rivers will be deducted from Tinubu and added to Obi. So, while Obi’s votes grow, Tinubu’s own diminishes. Same with Lagos, Borno, Kogi, Benue, and other places where you guys carried out your abracadabra. Again, in presenting the blurred results from INEC which was certified by INEC, Obi equally presented the form EC8As of Labour Party agents in the requisite polling units which contains the accurate figures. Meanwhile, recall that before the blurred results, Obi had presented the INEC certified form EC8As for all the states he’s contesting its votes. Aside the form EC8As, he has equally presented forms EC8Bs, EC8Cs, EC8Ds and EC8E; all, INEC certified. What this means is that he has laid evidence before the courts to look at the polling unit results and the final results and see if they agree. Additionally, he has equally presented BVAS accreditation data for all the states he’s contesting its votes. But of course, I’m sure you have never heard of those ones. The only one you heard is that he presented blurred result sheets and it’s useless to court. And by the way who are you to determine what court would do with the evidence laid before them? |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by Penguin2: 9:58pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
senatordave1:You still haven’t given me an instance where the court ordered a rerun in contested polling units. Let me ask you, why did Adeleke lose his case in 2018? Because the judge who read the majority judgment missed court sitting one day (or forgot to sign attendance register for one day). Wole Olanipekun held unto it and argued that the judge not coming to court for one day has vitiated his stance in the case, and the Appeal and Supreme Courts agreed with him. This is ethics we are talking about. Everything must agree for an act to be adjudged good. From the intention to the action and the result of the action. If one if these chains is vitiated, the entire chain is vitiated. So, I insist, that if Obi succeeds in proving irregularity anyway, it would amount to irregularity everywhere which would vitiate the entire election and a rerun ordered. And lastly, did INEC set out to organize an election that would be acceptable to every Nigerian and the world or they set out to conduct an election that “substantially complies with the Electoral Act”? |

Penguin2:Read okereke vs umahi 2015 supra |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by Penguin2: 11:36pm On Jun 18, 2023 |
senatordave1:Okereke vs Umahi is my state and the courts never ordered rerun in any polling unit. Maybe you are not getting my point… That the courts will either uphold the entire election or annul the entire election. But going by the volume of evidence before the courts, it would take a miracle for the courts to uphold Tinubu’s election. |
| Re: Waec Disowns Umo Eno’s Certificates by senatordave1(m): 12:12am On Jun 19, 2023 |
Penguin2:If you have read that okereke vs umahi, you won't be misyarning.do you know what volume of evidence is ? Media sensation is not evidence.do not mistake allegations for evidence.obi has not proven any evidence before the court.the only thing that comes close is those blurred irev result copies which you know are secondary evidence going by adeleke vs oyetola.obi has failed |
